Host a Training
Your team trains where they will teach.

Studios have paired her trainings with mentorship, auditions, and early-bird pricing for new hires.
Your coaches learn on your machines, in your room, with your members' habits in mind. Nobody loses a week of income flying to LA.
Why studios host
One weekend. A real bench of coaches.
Stop teaching every hard class yourself
Until you have coaches you trust, you are the one on the mic at 6am and 7pm. You can't grow past the hours you can teach.
Level 1 is the foundation
The science, the form, and the method come first. Coaches who skip it guess, and guessing on the Mega gets people hurt or bored.
Your training doubles as hiring
Studios pair Level 1 with mentorship and an audition. You find out who can teach before you put them on the schedule.
Trainees who never teach still stay
Andrea tells every group that Level 1 levels up their own practice. Those people stay longer and bring friends.

Questions owners ask
- My team isn't ready.
- Her groups often include people with zero teaching experience. That is who Level 1 is built for.
- Will it be too intense for my culture?
- Her style is loud and funny, and trainees call her warm and patient. The intensity stays on the machine.
- I can't close for a full weekend.
- Trainings run around your schedule: two Saturdays, a Friday and Saturday, or three days. Pick the format that keeps classes running.
- What happens after certification?
- Mentorship after the training is part of how she works, and Level 2 gives certified coaches a next step.
- When should I ask?
- Her calendar fills months out. Transform, Ottawa and San Francisco book her season after season, so ask now for next quarter.
"Not one of them had prior teaching experience, and neither did I when I started in this industry."
